Return & Refund Policy

Mental Health Grace Alliance exists to cultivate healthy solutions for hearts and minds and we hope that has been your experience with our resources!  If you’ve had a problem or are dissatisfied with an item, we want to correct the problem as soon as possible.

Returns

Domestic Orders:

We will gladly accept returned items within 30 days. These items need to be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.  We aim to get your purchases to you without any issues, so we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you need to return.  We will respond in a timely manner and provide instructions for how to return items from your order.

International Orders:

We also accept the return of unused and undamaged items shipped outside of the U.S. and will refund your entire order, minus the cost of the original shipping fees. You are responsible for shipping costs to return any items.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for lost or damaged items shipped outside of the U.S.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your returned item and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will promptly issue a refund to the original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within two weeks, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
