Free consultations … helping you establish groups.
Your church, ministry, program, or practice/clients.
Whether you are a church or ministry leader (director), lay-leader, or mental health professional …
Establishing our mental health Grace and Thrive groups is simple, but can seem more complex for churches, ministries, and programs. We’re here to assist you with all your questions.
These consultations are not for individual or family mental health support, counseling, or coaching (we do not offer these services).
Schedule your FREE consult with our co-founder and Executive Director, Joe Padilla, who can help you understand how easy it is.
Feel free to ask any questions about how it works, best practices for starting groups, the differences between the curriculum workbooks, and, if you want, inquiries regarding the science and theological framework behind all Grace Alliance resources and their effectiveness.
About Joe Padilla
Joe Padilla is a licensed and ordained minister with over 25 years of experience in ministry and non-profit leadership. His work began in overseas church-planting missions and social development projects across Asia and Africa. He later served as a director of pastoral and ministry programs in the U.S., supporting both the local church and its missions organizations (with a network of churches).
After overcoming a difficult upbringing and years later implementing and seeing a remarkable mental health recovery within his own family, Joe co-founded Mental Health Grace Alliance in 2011 to equip the Church with mental health-ready resources that bring transformation to individuals, couples, families, and communities. He is the primary creator and author of the Grace Alliance curricula, coaching, and training programs, which have four published outcomes demonstrating their effectiveness.
Today, Grace Alliance has established and supports one of the largest global networks of Christian mental health groups (movement), with their groups active in churches, ministries (such as shelters and transitional homes), community centers, and mental health clinics/practices.
Joe has personally led Grace Alliance programs, coached and consulted with hundreds, and trained thousands. Because of his deep knowledge and experience, Joe has been invited to speak at a wide range of churches, conferences, universities, seminaries, and across various media platforms.
Joe is ready to help you launch groups, understand the biblical and scientific foundations of the content, and demonstrate how these tools can bring real-life change.
