These consultations are not for individual or family mental health support, counseling, or coaching (we do not offer these services).

Joe Padilla, cofounder and executive director, has assisted many leaders, churches, and programs in starting Grace Alliance’s mental health groups in various places like churches, ministries, and community programs. He is the main creator and author of Grace Alliance's group group curriculums, coaching, and training.
Joe has personally led these programs, coached and consulted hundreds, and trained thousands. His knowledge and experience can help set up groups, understand the science and Scripture in the content, and show how it can easily change lives.
