How do I transfer my recurring donations to the new donor system?
STEP 1: Click here and enter your current Donor Email to get the link to setup your new Password for the System.
STEP 2: Check your email for the link:
STEP 3: Select new password and confirm password.
STEP 4: After clicking on Change Password, you will be taken to this screen:
STEP 5: Click on My Recurring Payments. Then Click to Add Your Missing Payment Method.
STEP 6: Enter Credit Card or Bank Account information and Click Save Payment Method.
What if I want to change the amount I’m giving?
Once you have updated your payment method in your Donor Portal, click on “My Recurring Payments” in your Donor Portal. Click on your current recurring gift and then click on the button that says, “Make a Change.” This will allow you to change the amount, date of giving, etc.
How do I know my donations have stopped on the old system?
We will send you a confirmation email notifying you that your donations on our old system have stopped once your donations have been set up on the new system.
What are the different ways I can give?
You can give via credit/debit card, ACH, GooglePay, ApplePay (mobile only), check, and even via Stock! You can also host your own online fundraiser by clicking here, following the simple instructions, and inviting family, friends, and others to participate in your fundraiser (see below for more information)! Our new donor platform makes it easy to host your own online fundraiser! Click here and follow the simple instructions to set up your fundraiser. Make sure to set a goal and a deadline for your fundraiser (e.g., $5,000 by December 31, 2023).
