Family Grace (free)

Available in English • Spanish • Chinese

A curriculum and group for couples/families to navigate mental health challenges with new strengths and tools … improving life for themselves and their loved ones.

Each week/chapter, you will explore relevant topics and tools for improving your life and the relationship and situation with your loved one’s mental health challenges. (see Thrive for a more comprehensive approach).

Each chapter contains three sections.

  1. Faith — Scripture and reflection.

  2. Facts + Resiliency Tools — Science (and more scriptural insights) with questions to help you reflect new meaning. Many chapters include a simple tool to improve mental wellness and well-being.

  3. Future — Closing points to help you retain each topic's key message and points.

Family Grace helps you find the comfort and strength you need, the tools to support your loved one’s mental wellness and strengthen your relationship.

★★★★★

We use these workbooks for our Family Grace small group at our church. The curriculum is amazing and it touches every member that has come to us. I have found nothing else out there that compares to it. We thank Grace Alliance for this curriculum. Praise God!
