Mental Health Recovery & Faith Renewal
Research on Living Grace peer-led support groups found that participants experienced reduced mental health symptoms, improved recovery and resilience, renewed faith, healthier relationships, increased self-worth, and greater confidence in managing their mental health journey.
Living Hope Group
Trauma Recovery & Resilience
Research on Living Hope trauma support groups demonstrated positive outcomes for individuals recovering from trauma and PTSD. Participants experienced trauma healing, increased resilience, spiritual growth, and improved overall well-being through a supportive Christ-centered community.

Improved Mental Wellness & Well-being
Since 2021, Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service (BOKSS) has implemented several Living Grace mutual groups to support mental wellness through church partnerships and Integrated Community Centres for Mental Wellness. The program has shown significant positive impact, with 94% of surveyed participants reporting improved overall well-being and increased awareness of their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. With 300 handbook copies printed and new collaborations, including translating Family Grace and Redefine Grace, the initiative continues to expand its reach to serve those facing mental health challenges

Whole-Person Mental Wellness
Research on the Thrive program found significant improvements in depression, anxiety, stress, mood, resilience, social connection, and spiritual well-being. Results suggest that combining faith-based support with professional mental health care can enhance recovery and long-term flourishing.

Equipping Churches to Respond
Research on Grace Alliance clergy training found that church leaders gained greater confidence, knowledge, and practical skills to recognize, respond to, and support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. The training helps churches create safer and more effective environments for mental health ministry.

Mental Health Grace Alliance resources are designed to complement professional mental health treatment, not replace it. Our support groups provide community, encouragement, practical skills, and spiritual growth while encouraging participants to seek professional care when appropriate.
