MEET YOUR COACH
LINDSEY PATE, LPC // THRIVE COACH
Lindsey Pate received her undergrad in Public Relations from UT Austin in 2004 and her masters in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2011. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a THRIVE Coach with Grace Alliance.
Lindsey has spent her professional career passionate about helping people. She focuses on helping people find support and encouragement, learn helpful tools and strategies, and discover new beginnings as they seek answers to the problems and struggles they encounter. She has worked in lay counseling church communities and professional counseling settings and has led support groups such as divorce care, anger management, and boundaries, as well as various cognitive behavioral therapy groups. She has worked with adults and teenagers in the areas of marriage/couples therapy, women's issues, mood/anxiety disorders, and addiction/recovery. She has also worked with issues such as self-worth, codependency, forgiveness, conflict resolution, shame, abuse, grief, anger, and stress. She believes in a total wellness approach which includes the spiritual, mental, physical, and relational needs.
Lindsey has been delighted to find a home with Grace Alliance where she focuses on helping individuals discover mental health recovery as they walk through the Thrive curriculum. She is a Christian woman, wife, and mom of four children.
